About Chana Elisheva

I believe that the best care is a collaborative effort built on trust and excellent communication. I work closely with my clients and their families to develop a tailored care plan that respects their preferences and promotes their wellbeing and independence. My ultimate goal is to create a warm, safe, and enriching environment where seniors feel valued and secure. My experience began with family members who faced aging and numerous health issues and includes providing companionship in both private home and assisted living settings. I am adept at: -Medication reminders and administration -Companionship -Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. -I have specific experience working with clients with medical conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, and mild depression. I have knowledge of basic first aid, wound care, CPR and First Aid though I am not currently certified and specialize more on the companionship and errands side of elder care.
