About Chamissa

I am currently an Assistant Basketball Coach at OU, where I am passionate about mentoring our student-athletes. In addition to coaching, I am deeply committed to serving my community-especially supporting seniors and their families. For the past 10 years, I have volunteered in nursing homes and organized team community service in senior care centers as well. Professionally, I have extensive experience in senior care. I worked as an Assistant Director of Activities for 4 years before beginning my coaching career. In that role, I planned and led engaging programs designed to enhance residents' quality of life, support cognitive and physical well-being, and create a warm, positive environment. I have also partnered with hospice organizations, which strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered support during sensitive times. I am caring, dependable, and highly attentive to individual needs. It would be an honor to support you and your loved ones!
