About Chakori

I'd describe my personality as God-fearing, optimistic and creative. I like working with children because I love being a hands-on part of their milestones and skill progression. Showing up for children and allowing them feel seen, heard, and advocated for in a peaceful environment is my mission. I began working with children in 2022 at a daycare as an infant teacher. I became certified in 2024 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), in which I provided therapy services to autistic children. I am now a Guest Teacher, working in public schools mostly with grades of pre-kindergarten - 1st grade. I enjoy praying and serving in my faith to Jesus Christ, reading and creating art. I love being around animals, water and nature, journaling and writing. I enjoy learning about plants and herbs and creating plant-based recipes! One thing you should know about me is that I love spending time with like-minded people laughing, communing and providing support and advocacy for each other.
