15 years have flown by since I began my journey in senior care. My passion stems from a deep desire to support adults and seniors, while also helping them maintain their well-being and independence. Previous roles have reinforced my commitment to making a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's written daily reports, or regular updates via text or phone call. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide hospice services, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
