After our first series of contacts 2 months ago, Cesalie ghosted me. Life happens & I try to show grace, so I gave her a pass & reached out again. She apologized for what happened before saying "something came up" but that she was available again. We emailed several times before setting up an in person interview. We confirmed the day before but then nothing! NO SHOW. I messaged her at 15 min late, & 30 min late with NO RESPONSE, then again 4 hrs later asking her 'what happened?' But again... ZERO reply. Very disappointing. It takes virtually nothing in this day & age to communicate if even just to cancel or explain yourself. Her behavior shows a total lack of basic common courtesy and respect.
