About Cenah

Hi, I'm Cenah :) As a Life Enhancement Specialist in a senior living community, I work closely with independent, assisted living, and memory care residents. I've also worked as a caregiver in the past, so I understand how to support seniors and collaborate with families or other caregivers. I am not offering full personal or medical care, but I am here to make daily life easier, more organized, and more enjoyable. That can mean running errands, planning and leading activities, preparing meals, tidying and organizing spaces, helping with appointments, or simply providing good company. My services are ideal for those who are still independent with bathing and restroom needs but would benefit from reliable support, uplifting companionship, and an extra set of capable hands! :)
