About Celine

I would describe myself as patient, compassionate, and approachable. I believe in meeting people where they are, with kindness and understanding, and creating an environment where they feel safe and cared for. I try to bring warmth and encouragement into every interaction, whether it's through a calm presence, a listening ear, or a reassuring word. At my core, I'm dependable and empathetic, and I find fulfillment in making others feel supported and valued. I started working with kids at CHOC Children's Hospital, first as a patient and then as a volunteer from 17-21, where I saw the impact of compassion and care. I later worked as a teacher, paraprofessional, and behavioral interventionist for children with autism. These experiences inspired me to pursue OT school at Columbia this fall. I hope to fulfill my dream of being a pediatric OT.
