As a parent, I understand that children are the most important part of a family's life, and that perspective shapes how I care for every child I work with. I approach caregiving with patience, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to each child's safety, comfort, and development. As the parent of a child with autism, I have gained hands-on experience supporting children with different needs. I am familiar with creating structured routines, managing sensory sensitivities, and recognizing both verbal and nonverbal communication. In addition to my personal experience, I have provided care for families in a paid capacity. My responsibilities have included supervision, assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. I understand the level of trust it takes for a parent to leave their child in someone else's care, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
