Reliable, nurturing, and conscientious. I will create order, bring ease, and make your home sparkly and comfortable. I love to be of service and proactive. I learned housekeeping as a child in my parents' high end furniture store. When my own child was growing up, I loved keeping a clean, organized, comfortable home and making healthy, delicious meals. I have had a variety of housekeeping jobs. Two examples that demonstrate the variety of skills I bring: In Vermont, in my 20's, I had a position where I cleaned, cooked, babysat, gardened, served as postpartum doula, and prepped herbal medicine for the family. In Austin, in my 40's, I had a position where I cleaned 2 full days and then later added on meal prep. In my spare time I swim at Barton Springs, hike the greenbelt, dance, and do Qi Gong. I learn quickly and love getting things just the way you like them. My skills include organization, balancing details with the big picture, and creative problem solving.
