Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, and I'm passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and follow the family's preferred communication method, including daily reports and verbal updates.
