Cefrina was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better caregiver for my father. He can be withdrawn and has said no to plenty of caregivers over the years, but she was the first he truly liked having around. Her references all raved about her before we even hired her, and we quickly saw why — she's incredibly kind and understanding, very experienced and knowledgeable of many different conditions, proactive with care suggestions, and pointed us toward helpful resources we didn't know existed. She struck exactly the right balance with my dad: patient with him without being pushy. We're so grateful for her care, and if we ever need a caregiver again, she'll be our first call.
