Hi! My name is Cedar W, I'm a 24 nanny & Asheville native. I'm happy doing extra household help such as dog-walking, laundry, dishes, and making meals. I have my own car and am comfortable with pick-ups, drop-offs, and taking the kiddos on small local adventures! In 2023 I graduated from Warren Wilson with a BA in Psychology & a focus in child development and art therapy. I worked for two years in a toddler class at Verner Center for early learning (Montessori-based). I have taken numerous courses in childhood development, early education, and a course on how to work with children with special needs. I also volunteered at the nonprofit Arts For Life program at Mission Hospital where I work with hospitalized children and their families doing arts education. (Currently working part time as a nanny, looking for steady morning work and/or occasional weekend work)

Cedar is kind and gentle, extremely artistic, present, polite, always on time and very reliable. My daughter begs for me to take a night out so she can spend time with Cedar. When I get home, there are pages and pages of beautiful art they have worked on together. She rarely ever has screens on because they are so engaged in creative projects. Cedar is my daughters favorite sitter ever!
