Cecily is a complete, professional and strategic Care Provider.. She came to us, received instruction, offered suggestions, figured out her routine, and stayed on task. She is soft spoken, kind, strong, pleasant, and experienced all while completing her tasks and assisting my mom, fully. She always left my mom and her spaces clean and organized. She is an wonderful example that other Care Providers should model while working with fragile patients.

Cecily helped me with a daily visit to my Mom, who is 84. She is frail, fabulous, and stubborn. Cecily was able to help my Mom take showers, monitor her eating, keep her pills organized, and keep her company. She would stay with Mom 2 hours a day and it allowed me to work outside the country for 3 weeks without fear of my Mom being alone. Cecily was warm and easy to talk to when we first met. After the initial interview I knew she would be perfect. She handled my Mom with respect and some humor -- a perfect combination when dealing with my Mom who keeps saying, "You know, it's not like I need a babysitter..." :-) I'd recommend Cecily without reservation to anyone with an older family member who needs help.

Cicely is fantastic. She is reliable, knowledgeable, communicates well with the family and builds a relationship with her patients. One quality that really sets Cicely apart from others is that she is excellent under pressure and handles circumstances with confidence and understanding. I would highly recommend Cicely!
