Becoming a caregiver is somewhat of a natural calling for me. As my parents grew older I took on the responsibility of tending to their needs. As well as this my own husband was faced with health issues that we pushed through together. In that sense I was a caregiver to the people I loved most, my parents and my husband and it was truly a gratifying experience. Being able to care for someone in their time of need and provide them with a comforting experience brings me immense joy.
