She did not show up for her training shift today. No call/ no show. I called and messaged her after her scheduled time to arrive and she did not respond to either. Would not recommend. 

Cecilia is so wonderful. She helped us immensely in a very hectic transition in our lives. We had never employed a caregiver full-time before, and can only hope that if we need one in the future, they will be half as good as Cecilia.  She is professional, kind, always hard-working, and a gem. 

Cecilia is simply the best! We employed her for more than 7 months as a personal caregiver, and she was the consummate professional in all circumstances. She not only took care of all of our medical assistance needs, but became a member of the family. Cecilia cooked, did housework, and handled every possible responsibility that has to do with in-home caregiving. I am an Occupational Therapist and Cecilia was hired by myself to help provide daytime care for my Dad who was dealing with a brain tumor. Cecilia was an absolutely incredible caregiver. She was a quick learner and rapidly became familiar with the Hoyer lift along with other areas of providing care. Cecilia was punctual, thoughtful, and didn't hesitate to help out whether it was a transfer, bedside bathing, or toileting. Everything she handled was done so with the utmost care and compassion. Cecilia exceeded our expectations. She is compassionate and extremely competent with an outstanding work ethic. Both my husband and I came home from the hospital at almost the same time without the ability to take care of ourselves. Cecilia anticipated our needs and was helping us before we even realized we needed help. Here are just some of the things she helped with: mobility; showering; dressing; medication management; scheduling doctor appointments; taking us to doctor appointments; picking up prescriptions; grocery shopping; meal preparation; laundry; bed changing; and housekeeping. She even assisted us in caring for our pets. We had never had in-home care before and were not sure of what to expect. Cecilia’s warm smile and caring demeanor quickly put us at ease. She made our lives so much better and gave us a quicker and stronger recovery.

Do you need someone who is caring, compassionate and very competent? Look no further than Cecilia. She cared for my mother, who had cancer, for eight weeks (late spring 2022). She handled hands on care, medication management as well as some daily personal care tasks and meal preparation. She also was caring and interacted beautifully with my mother. Cecilia is also very well-versed in hospice requirements and processes. I couldn't have asked for a better caregiver for my Mom during her cancer illness. We are still in touch because Cecilia's that kind of special person.

My Mom fell in love with Cecelia from day one. She is just amazing. At a time when we all needed support, Cecelia was always there for mom and all of us.

Cecilia worked for us from Sept 2021 until my mothers passing in April 2022 (9 months). During the last month my mother was on hospice. Cecilia was familiar with the hospice process, medications, and the care that was needed during hospice. She new when my mother's time was drawing to an end and made sure we were at her bedside for her final breaths. Cecilia not only tended to my mother's comfort, she also offered emotional support for us on a daily basis and especially in the final days. There is no one I would have rather had during this time than Cecelia, and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Cecelia has been with us for a little over a month now. She is always on time, friendly, dependable, and great with my 102 year old mother. I appreciate her caring demeanor and her instant loving relationship with mom. I would highly recommend her as a caregiver.

Cecilia worked for me in 2019 caring for my elderly mother.  We had an instant connection from the day I interviewed her.  She has a wonderful friendly personality, always on time, very loving, caring, very much knew what she was doing!  My mom ended up needing more care with using the bathroom, walking, meds, preparing food and most everything and Cecilia always knew what she was doing.  She was always willing to help with anything I needed and always kept busy cleaning if nothing needed with my mom.  She ended up getting a full time job as a medical asst so she could no longer work for us, otherwise I would never have let her go.  She now is available for PT help and as soon as one of my current caretakers needs off I will be calling Cecilia (we still text and keep in touch as that is how much we bonded).  :)
