5/5 stars — Cecilia is simply the best Cecilia is an irreplaceable part of our family, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has cared for both of my young children, including my kindergartener who has special needs. What sets Cecilia apart is not just her reliability and warmth — it's her genuine love for the kids. She always arrives when she says she will, handles school pickups and drop-offs without a second thought, and keeps the children engaged with creative crafts, park outings, and little treats that make every day feel special. My kids light up when she walks in the door. For my child with special needs, she goes above and beyond — working with me to develop strategies for his harder moments, approaching him with patience and gentleness, and always making him feel seen and celebrated. She is one of the only caregivers both of my children are truly happy to stay with overnight, which means the world to my husband and me. We trust her completely. She is family. The only reason we are no longer using her regularly is a change in my employment. She is an extraordinary human being and will remain part of our lives. Any family would be lucky to have her.
