Bringing a decade of experience in senior care, I'm deeply committed to supporting well-being and independence. My background includes a college degree and extensive hands-on experience providing live-in care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I've worked in the Healthcare arena since age 16. Have have been a director of nursing homes for about 20 years. Plus an area director of 12 nursing home and a vice president of hospice.. Known for my patient and compassionate nature, I prioritize earning trust when connecting with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular check-ins, always following their preferred method. I'm also comfortable with pets.
