About Cecilia

Cecilia, or Ceci as the kids call her, is a warm, capable, and exceptionally reliable nanny. She worked with our family for almost three years, first caring for my older son when he was 1, and later helping care for my younger son as well. She is patient, loving, attentive, and excellent at keeping to a schedule while also adapting to a family’s changing needs. When we moved from our home in DC to the Bethesda suburbs, Ceci adjusted seamlessly to a new environment and routine. She was a safe driver and regularly took the kids to playgrounds, classes, libraries, and local events. She helped both children learn to understand Spanish, and she communicated well with us in English about their day and development. She also connected with other nannies and became part of a regular playgroup for my older son. Ceci is calm, trustworthy, discreet, and wonderfully dependable. Over the years she worked with us, she was almost never late and was rarely absent. She also has a talent for arts and crafts and was great at getting the kids involved in creative activities.
