She worked as a tutor at our school. In tutoring, she managed very well to respond individually to each child. Even when children initially found it difficult to get started, she was able to motivate them effectively. Cecile is very creative and developed her own tasks, combining them with fun. She is socially very perceptive and knows how to handle demanding situations. I would personally definitely recommend Cecile. During her school years, I had only positive experiences with her. We received very good feedback from both the children and from the parents. Even children who found learning difficult were able to take fun and knowledge from their time with her. I cannot think of a single case where a child had problems with Cecile!
