As a caregiver, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. With 8 years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for up to 6 children, ranging from newborns to preteens. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which helps me connect with children on a personal level. Open communication with parents is essential to me. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I believe in aligning with the parents' approach to ensure consistency for the child. I bring a variety of games and activities to the table, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. My goal is to make learning fun and engaging! I'm also a certified nursing assistant and have completed coursework in early child development.
