I have known Cecelia since 2015 when she began caring for five of our children when I resumed full-time work, including one of our children who has Down syndrome. Later, when we adopted a child with profound autism, requiring 24/7 care, she stepped up to become his caregiver. She has an exceptional gift for caring for children and teens alike, and especially for those with special needs. She is patient, loving, responsible, and always goes the extra mile, treating her work as a true calling. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
