With five years of experience providing direct support, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I strive to create a person-centered, safe, and comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges with ease. I am experienced in handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, as well as de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care, among other services. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
