Hello, my name is Ceara! I am an experienced and compassionate childcare professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age children in both Montessori and family-centered environments. I am highly skilled in infant care routines including feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and developmental play, with a strong emphasis on safety, consistency, and emotional nurturing. I am also known for maintaining clear communication with parents through daily logs and updates, fostering trust and long-term relationships. I am reliable, organized, and calm under pressure, with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for supporting children's growth and well-being in a private home setting.
