Starting full time with Ceara for our 19 month old son and I am already so excited and relieved after our first meeting. She is sweet, deeply thoughtful and attentive, honest, and so creative. Our son immediately felt comfortable walking in the forest alone with her (normally he is very averse to strangers) and even asked her to pick him up, played with her hair, etc. So grateful she is able to join us, I can tell she is the kind of person that would truly love your child and do what's best for them. She is also easy to communicate with and listens well to parent preferences.
