I have 4 years of professional childcare experience, and currently work full time in education. As a sister to 6 younger siblings, caring for children has always been part of my life. One of my sisters was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when I was 5 years old, so I have 10 years of experience caring for a loved one with special needs. I can cook, clean, and love to be outside. Caytlin is fantastic! She's a natural with children and is very in tune with their emotional needs. She followed our daily schedule with little direction needed and picked up on my son's (not yet 2 years old) silent queues quickly. Caytlin loves taking my son outside and exploring nature with him. Additionally, she would help my son learn and develop everyday tasks like taking off his shoes. She is great with our pets and taking the dog along for their walks. Every day she comes to work with energy and smile on her face. Caytlin has never missed a day of work and is dependable in every sense of the word. She has a great personality and adapts quickly in all situations. I highly recommend her!
