I've used Caylin a few times before. I reached out to Caylin and scheduled her for cleaning 4 months in advance to come for one day as a surprise birthday gift for my mother. We've had multiple texts and conversations before the date. Her responses were very positive, she said she would be here! Caylin NEVER showed up, nor did she EVER let me know that she couldn't make it. I was very worried about her, then to find out she blocked my phone calls and texts. Caylin is very unprofessional. I would stay clear of hiring her for her services. She's not the person I thought she was. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Because I treated her very kindly and paid her well and had nothing but respect for her until now.
