About Cayla

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. With two years of experience caring for children aged 2-11, I offer a patient and calm approach, along with a creative and imaginative spirit. I worked in ABA therapy and as a long-term substitute for an ED resource room, so I am comfortable working with kids of all different abilities. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I also have experience as a housekeeper in a hotel, so I'm all for some cleaning around the house! I have some college experience from Indiana University Bloomington where I studied Youth Development for 3 years. I enjoy crafts, sports, board games, movies, whatever the kid is motivated for, I'm all in. But I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and preferred communication methods. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and experience to your family.
