I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals with special needs in a variety of settings including clinics, early intervention centers, community, schools, and in the home. I am registered as a Behavior Therapist and also have years of experience as a private caregiver. The majority of my background is with individuals with ASD ranging from young kiddos up through early adulthood. I am passionate about finding creative ways to incorporate learning through play such as music, fine/gross motor activities, sensory activities, science experiments, baking, nature walks, etc. I have worked alongside SLPs and OTs and have extensive experience with AAC devices. I am gentle, calm, nurturing, and easy going so kids feel very comfortable around me. I am very resourceful and genuinely love the work that I do.

Cayla is such a sweet and kind person. She is great with all kids, but with special needs kids in particular since she has been working with them in a professional setting for several years now. It certainly seems to be her passion! I adore Cayla and absolutely trust her with my child. She seems to get along with everyone she meets! She is very trustworthy and dependable.
