Located in Kihei with my own transportation and a flexible evening / late night schedule - my name is Cayla! I've been living and adventuring on Maui for 5 years now. I began childcare services at a young age in Rhode Island, and spent my college years as a weekend nanny. I have also trained as a daycare coordinator; in total, I have about 11 years of paid child care experience. Additionally, I have a BS degree in Animal Science, and two dogs of my own, so I'd love the opportunity to care for your pets while in the home. Cayla is a hustler! Man she does not stop! She would be mopping while holding my child, putting her down for a nap while making the bed. Working with Cayla it was almost intimidating what she would get done in one shift what might take me two days to get to. So I loved that. But she also loved my child. And my child loved her. It always warmed my heart to see my baby crawl towards her with a big happy smile every time she walked through the door. Being able to leave knowing she was 100% attentive and caring made leaving almost too easy! Best part was I was comfortable with Cayla it felt like coming home to a friend. One of the hardest parts of moving off island, was realizing I would never find a replacement as good as Cayla.
