About Cayla

My experience includes engaging kids in creative activities, helping with homework, and fostering a sense of responsibility through fun games and routines. I prioritize open communication with both children and parents, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and informed. Families should know that I am patient, reliable, and always attentive to the unique needs of each child, making it my goal to create a nurturing atmosphere where kids can thrive and have fun! I have worked in church kids classrooms and have volunteered for a lot of kids camps and activities throughout the years. I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, and responsible I like working with kids because working with kids is awesome because they bring so much energy and laughter into my day! Plus, it's super rewarding to help them learn and grow, even in small ways. In my spare time, I like to workout and play sports like volleyball! I also love swimming and hanging out with friends and family.
