Hi! I'm Cayla, and I've been caring for children for over 20 years, starting with family, helping in my aunt's daycare, and later working as a Behavior Technician. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development and am currently earning my Master's in English and Creative Writing. I especially enjoy working with infants and toddlers and love helping children learn through reading, crafts, puzzles, games, and outdoor activities. I'm patient, calm, dependable, CPR certified, and have reliable transportation. I also offer tutoring and pet care. I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens, ducks, sheep, snakes, and geckos. I'm looking for a full-time position where I can provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and peace of mind for parents.
She is a nice sweet girl. She helped me with my 3 kids and 2 dogs a Bull Mastiff and a German Shepard Mix. She was always early and did more than I asked. She took care of the dogs and walked with them and the kids. She took the kids to the park and she took them swimming at her aunts house and they loved it. She did arts and crafts and taught my 4 year old how to read when she was 3 and she helped potty train the two oldest.
