They call Cayla a baby whisperer and for good reason. When she started with our family, our son was 4 months and having severe stranger fear. Though no other caregivers could soothe him, Cayla persevered and after 2 painful hours our son magically started smiling. From that point forward, when he saw her he would get the biggest smile - she had obviously calmed him and won his trust. From that point forward, Cayla was his favorite human - she engaged him, soothed him, and brought him through new stages like eating solids, sitting and crawling. Cayla is a part of our family now and though we are heartbroken she is leaving, we are excited for her family starting a new adventure across the country. Snap her up quickly and pay her handsomely- you will be lucky to have her.
