Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. My journey into childcare began with positive experiences babysitting and grew into a genuine desire to positively impact children's lives. I currently work at Sentara but for three years, I've dedicated myself to providing attentive care for children as a Lead toddler teacher. I bring patience, a calm demeanor, and a friendly approach to every interaction. I'm very comfortable upholding household rules and love engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I'm also happy to assist with cooking and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents through written reports, text, or phone calls, always adapting to your preferred method. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training, plus Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development coursework.
