Catrina worked with us for a while but literally up and ghosted us. I must have sent 5 text messages over a couple of months and she sent no replies back to any of them!!! I will admit I liked her at first, she had met my family, my kids.. but she is extremely unreliable for what she did especially when you really need someone. If she was unhappy with pay or hours or commute or really anything, the least she could have done is talked to us. Just stopping to reply to messages is very unprofessional! We have been nothing but nice and would have been understanding of any situation if she had talked to us. I will never hire her again!!
