I love Catlyn so much! She has been our nanny for almost a year! We have a 2.5 year old and a 9 month old. We are moving and so sad that she won’t be with us. A few things she’s especially great at: • Infant + toddler care: safe, attentive, and patient with both ages at once • Keeping a solid routine: naps, meals, and transitions without drama • Engaging play + development: reading, crafts, outside time, and age-appropriate activities (not just “watching” them) • Calm discipline + boundaries: kind but firm, helps kids listen and reset • Household kid support: tidying toys, kids’ laundry, bottles/dishes, keeping kid areas organized (depending on what your family wants) • Great communication: easy to coordinate schedules and preferences; no guesswork Both of my kids love her!!! She is very well trained.
