I've spent years helping meal prep for those in need of knowledge, skill, and trust. As a professional General Manager and classically-trained Pastry Chef for well over a decade -- along with being extremely health-conscious and a sponge for education in health and wellness --, meal prep has been a staple in my life. I've been so lucky to also bless neighbors, friends, and my community with sustenance and love through this gift. As a certified wellness coach, I understand the imperative role of nutrition in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. I cannot guarantee I know every dietary restriction or need -- or even every food and style, but I know how to learn quickly. -- And if not, I will be very clear and upfront about that too! You get the groceries, and I'll make the meals according to preferences, taste, and nutritional needs and concerns. It really can be that easy to live well and eat well!
