About Cathy

I am very patient, kind and compassionate. Thriving Seniors are a gift to the world. My desire is to inspire and motivate other seniors to live a life that they love and enjoy. I seek opportunities to make a difference one life, one family, at a time. I have experience with Parkinsons, Dementia and Alzheimers. I began caring for seniors when my father was diagnosed with prostate and brain cancer in 2006. Followed by my Mother having 2 strokes 2010 and 2020. I love to cook. I use "food as medicine" and find joy in preparing healthy meals . My favorite shows are on the Food Network. I am both dependable and reliable. I live a quiet and disciplined life coming from a military background.
