About Cathy

Nurturing young minds is my passion, ignited by years of positive babysitting and teaching experiences and a genuine desire to shape children's lives. With five years of teaching experience caring for children ages 7-9, I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children with outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am a parent myself, I hold a college degree in early childhood, am First Aid Training and CPR Training certified, and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I provide daily written reports, discuss the day at pickup, and send regular updates. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision.
