About Cathrine

We used Cathrine 2x/weeks for about a month. She was very pleasant person to work with and was always open and receptive to our feedback. Unfortunately, we found her attention to detail and problem-solving skills weren't a match for our household needs. Despite several walkthroughs, there were consistent issues with cleaning quality, organization, and communication. E.g. not completing tasks fully or as requested despite given being verbal/written steps, wet laundry left in wash (not communicating it needs to be finished), vacuum cord not wrapped nor put away, vacuum not being used properly, etc. We frequently found children's laundry put away incorrectly, e.g. infant clothes in toddler room, socks mismatched, clothes items not categorized correctly. We found ourselves spending extra time re-doing tasks, which defeated the purpose of extra help. I'm confident with more time and guidance, she will get there. But in our current season of life, we don't have time to train someone for multiple months on average family housekeeping tasks.
