About Catherine

As a parent of two young children, I found my passion for fostering children's growth and development. My friendly personality allows me to connect easily with kids and build a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. During my college years I was a Nanny for two families; one had four children and the other had three children. Currently I provide 24/7 childcare for my own two children as well as volunteer every other Sunday in a 5-year-old and 2-year-old Sunday school classrooms. Ideally I am looking to care for one child between the ages of 0-5 alongside my own two children in my home in Chula Vista. Besides English, I have a minor in Spanish so can get by in communicating with Spanish speakers. Choosing me as your childcare provider will have the added bonus of a family atmosphere in my home and two playmates!
