Hi, my name is Catherine! I was a nursing home CNA for four years before starting nursing school in 2022. I am a senior at CU Anschutz College of Nursing, graduating with my BSN this May. I have a true passion for caring for those in need. I started CNA school two weeks after I graduated high school and began working in a nursing home on the skilled nursing unit that summer. I treated each of my residents like my own family and truly loved each of them. I have countless hours of healthcare experience caring for older adults and children in various different environments including the ICU, Med/Surg, nursing homes, and Emergency Department.
