About Catherine

I've been working with children for over 6 years, and I'm passionate about fostering their growth and development. My day job involves caring for hospitalized children, and my previous experience includes long-term care for children and young adults with physical and developmental disabilities. I also hold a Master's degree in child development. While working towards my undergraduate and graduate degrees I was also a nanny. Past families have described me as patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. Whether we're playing board games, learning through educational games, or playing games that promote positive communication, I love playing games with children that help them expand development.
