Catherine is very reliable caring has a warm personality and treats everyone as a human being. Cathy helped my grandma who had dementia and was very patient and pleasant with my grandma when she would unfortunately forget people around her and became restless. Cathy would gently remind her who she is and where she was and thought my grandma has passed we still consider Cathy family.
