About Catherine

I'm currently a college student at the University of Vermont! I'm looking to spend my free time working with families and helping them and their children have safe, educational fun! I've been working with kids with disabilities my whole life, as my younger brother has Down syndrome and I am very involved in disability advocacy. I love to sew and do all sorts of arts and crafts and would love to do that with kiddos! I've been doing babysitting jobs for the past five years part time. I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic, and hard working. I'm looking for a job that allows me to spend my time doing work I love while I finish my degree in Environmental Science and help families at the same time! I would absolutely love to work with kids interested in art and science specifically! My skills include activity planning and building, maintaining schedules and fostering creative and educational environments.
