About Catherine

I have 40 years experience as an RN working in psychiatric units, forensic facilities and med surg. I have 7 years of home care experience taking care of seniors. I am an excellent cook of healthy foods especially - low glycemic index, vegetarian, gluten free etc. I can cook any preferences. I volunteered for a year at an exotic animal ranch providing immaculate care cleaning zebra stalls and pasture's, tortoise pens, lemur cage, elephant pens etc. and fed all of the above. I have owned 3 thoroughbreds, quarter horse, Shetland pony, and a 3/4 Arab., birds, dogs, and cats. I enjoy travel, am a water colorist, and fuse glass, among many other interests. I am an environmentalist as well. I love to laugh and entertain clients in a light hearted manner.
