I spoke to Catherine over the phone for 20 minutes and instantly felt connected to her! We moved to the town she lives in and she was SO helpful in giving me insight on daycare centers in the area. Since the waitlists are long, she said she would watch my little one until we are off one of the 6 waitlists we are currently on. She sends updates and pictures through out the day. You can tell she cares about your children as much as you do! I would recommend!
