About Catherine

I genuinely enjoy spending time with seniors and currently spend a lot of time with my 84-year-old mother, who lives in assisted living. That experience has given me an even greater appreciation for the importance of companionship, independence, and patience. I'm organized, responsible, patient, and happy to step in wherever I'm needed-whether that means providing companionship, preparing meals, running errands, helping around this house, or going out for a walk or an activity. I have a graduate degree and a professional background in public health that has taught me to be responsible, resourceful, and a good communicator. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I'm just as happy helping organize a closet as I am sitting down to a cup of coffee and conversation. I'm also a mom, so family is very important to me. I would want to be the kind of person you feel completely comfortable having in your loved one's life-reliable, kind, attentive, and enjoyable to be around.
