Hi! I work with kids full-time in a residential setting and am very comfortable handling different personalities, emotions, and energy levels. I love keeping kids engaged; especially through outdoor activities, creativity, and meaningful interaction. I'm very attentive and naturally pick up on how kids are feeling, creating an environment where they feel safe and understood. I have the most experience with school-age kids and teens, and I genuinely enjoy being present and involved, not just supervising. I also have experience nannying a1-year-old. I'm reliable, easygoing, and value clear communication with families. I have strong skills in emotional support, de-escalation, and problem-solving, and I take pride in being a regulated, positive, and engaging presence. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and creative activities like flow arts and painting.
