About Catherine

As the daughter of elementary school teachers, I grew up as the go-to neighborhood sitter. In school, I was a summer nanny for a 6yo & 8yo. Post-grad, I spent a year as a full-time nanny for a a 3yo & 1yo twins. Before moving here, I spent nearly everyday with my nephew from 5-18mo. Since living here, I worked for a local military family, both parents in emergency medicine. Prior to their PCS, I took care of their son from 6mo-25mo, and their newborn, til she was 9mo. I currently help a handful of families in the navy-medical community, covering odd hours when shifts overlap, and occasional date nights. I aim to keep kids active and entertained, molding activities based on the interests and age of the child, along with any specific input or guidelines from parents.
