I'm passionate about working with children ages 0-5 and have over 5 years of babysitting/nannying experience, as well as experience as a full-time infant teacher at a Montessori school. As an Educational Studies major and now a Social Work graduate student, I have a strong background in child development, conscious discipline, and social-emotional learning. I especially love working with infants 0-18 months. My friends and family always say I just click with babies! I hope to work in Early Intervention after graduation. Cate is an expert on early childhood development. We worked closely together at a sleepaway camp. Cate created close bonds with the 7-9 year old girls she lived with and was an integral part of her village’s operations. I’ve also cate during her time as a nanny to a one year old. She was a full time nanny and did occasional live-in nannying when needed. She guided the one year old through many developmental milestones and engaged in meaningful play.
